 Pursuant to VietinBank’s General Meeting of Shareholders’ Resolution No.27/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated 27/4/2024, VietinBank has amended, supplemented and promulgated the Regulation on the organization and operation of VietinBank’s Board of Directors, takes effect from 01/07/2024(attached file).
