Information disclosure on changes of representatives of the State Capital at VietinBank

On 26/05/2025, Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry & Trade (VietinBank) received Decision No.2122/QD-NHNN dated 15/05/2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Anh - VietinBank Board member for term 2024-2029 as to represent 10% of the State Capital at VietinBank since 15/05/2025; and Decision No. 2123/QD-NHNN dated 15/05/2025 of the SBV on Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh - Deputy General Director of VietinBank (former VietinBank Board member for term 2024-2029) on ceasing representative 10% of the State Capital at VietinBank since 15/05/2025.
