Information disclosure on 2024 EGM’s updated and supplemented documents

        Pursuant to the State Bank of Vietnam’s dispatch No.6820/NHNN-TCCB dated 16/8/2024 and Dispatch No.8397/NHNN-TCCB dated 14/10/2024 regarding high ranking personnel of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank), VietinBank updated and supplemented 2024 EGM’s documents and the Board of Directors issued Resolution No.392/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1 dated 16/10/2024 on the approval of agenda and document for 2024 EGM.

The updated and supplemented documents for 2024 EGM have been posted on VietinBank’s website at "https://investor.vietinbank.vn" – Events" – "GMS” – “2024” – “2024 EGM” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting.
