Pursuant to the State Bank of Vietnam’s dispatch No.3426/NHNN-TCCB dated 24/4/2024; Dispatch No.3434/NHNN-TCKT dated 24/4/2024; Dispatch No. 3537/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 26/4/2024; Dispatch No. 3538/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 26/4/2024 regarding VietinBank’s 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and term 2024-2029 documents, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) updated and supplemented 2024 AGM and term 2024-2029’s documents and the Board of Directors issued Resolution No.140/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1 dated 26/4/2024 on the approval of agenda and document for 2024 AGM and term 2024-2029.
The updated and supplemented documents for 2024 AGM and term 2024-2029 have been posted on VietinBank’s website at "https://investor.vietinbank.vn" – Events" – "AGM” – “2024” – “2024 AGM and term 2024-2029” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting.
