Information disclosure on 2023 AGM’s materials
On 16/2/2023, VietinBank disclosed Resolution No.056/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT on the organization of 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to be held on 21/4/2023.
On 14/3/2023, VietinBank received list of securities owners who would have the voting rights at VietinBank’s 2023 AGM recorded at the last registration day of 10/3/2023 from Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD). On 22/3/2023, VietinBank sent invitations to attend the 2023 AGM by guaranteed method to shareholders at their registered postal addresses as recorded in the list provided by VSD.
The materials for 2023 AGM have been published on VietinBank’s website since 31/3/2023 at "https://investor.vietinbank.vn" – “Events" - "AGM” - “2023” - “2023 AGM” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting. The materials for 2023 AGM will be updated and supplemented according to the approval of the competent State Agencies.
