Information disclosure on 2022 AGM’s materials
On 10/3/2022, VietinBank had disclosed Resolution No. 082/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1 on the organization of 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to be held on 29/4/2022.
On 1/4/2022, VietinBank received list of securities owners who shall have the voting rights at VietinBank’s 2022 AGM recorded at the last registration day of 30/3/2022. On 8/4/2022, VietinBank sent invitations to attend the 2022 AGM by guaranteed method to the registered postal addresses of shareholders as recorded in the list provided by VSD.
The materials for 2022 AGM have been published on VietinBank’s website since 8/4/2022 at "https://investor.vietinbank.vn" – Events" – "AGM” – “2022” – “2022 AGM” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting. The materials for 2022 AGM will be updated and supplemented according to the approval of the competent State Agencies.
