Information disclosure on 2021 EGM’s materials
On 14/9/2021, VietinBank had disclosed Resolution No.352/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1 on the organization of 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to be held on 3/11/2021.
On 6/10/2021, VietinBank received list of securities owners who shall have the voting right at VietinBank’s 2021 EGM recorded at the last registration day of 4/10/2021. On 13/10/2021, VietinBank sent all invitations to attend the 2021 EGM by guaranteed method to the registered postal address of shareholders as recorded in the list provided by VSD.
The materials for 2021 EGM have been published on VietinBank’s website since 13/10/2021 at "http://investor.vietinbank.vn" -> Events" -> "Shareholders General Meetings” -> “2021” -> “2021 EGM” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting.
