Information disclosure on 2020 AGM’s materials
On March 11th, 2020, VietinBank had disclosed Resolution No. 063/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1 on the organization of 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to be held on April 21st, 2020.
On April 3rd, 2020, VietinBank received the Official Letter No. V493/2020-CTG/VSD-DK by Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), enclosed with the list of securities owners who shall have the voting right at VietinBank’s 2020 AGM recorded at the last registration day of March 31st, 2020. VietinBank sent invitations to attend the 2020 AGM by guaranteed method to the registered postal address of shareholders as recorded in the list provided by VSD.
The materials for 2020 AGM has been published on VietinBank’s website since April 10th, 2020 at "http://investor.vietinbank.vn" – Events" – "AGM” – “2020” – “2020 AGM” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting.
