Disclosure on the extension of the deadline for disclosure of 2020’s F.S
On 18th February 2020, the State Securities Commission (SSC) has issued dispatch No.983/UBCK-GSDC dated 18th February 2020 regarding the extension of the deadline for disclosure of VietinBank 2020’s financial statements. Accordingly, the SSC approved the deadline that VietinBank will have to disclose 2020’s financial statements as follows:
"Quarterly financial statements and reviewed quarterly financial statements (if any): within 30 days after the end of the quarter, but no more than 05 days after the audit company signed the independent report.
Reviewed semiannual financial statements: within 60 days of the end of the first year-end, but no more than 05 days after the audit company signed the independent report".
