Disclosure on Decision to adjust and supplement details of the issuance plan and the repayment plan for capital collected from 2024’s public offering bonds of VietinBank

On 19/11/2024, the General Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Decision No.2894/QD-TGD-NHCT-KDVTT2, in which adjusting and supplementing details of the issuance plan and the repayment plan for capital collected from 2024’s public offering bonds of VietinBank.
VietinBank will continue to carry out necessary procedures to consult the State Securities Commission regarding the plan and will disclose information in accordance with regulations.
