Disclosure of transaction with VietinBank Leasing

On 30/09/2020, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.365/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the Trademark License Agreement between VietinBank and VietinBank Leasing (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
