Disclosure of transaction with VietinBank Gold & Jewellery

On 01/10/2020, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.370/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the Principle contract for the procurement of gift products between VietinBank and VietinBank Gold & Jewellery (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
