Disclosure of transaction with VBI

On 7/8/2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.275/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Fidelity Insurance Contract within VietinBank system for the period of 2019 - 2020 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
