Disclosure of transaction with VBI

On 29/9/2019, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.324/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the content of compulsory fire insurance for property of the whole VietinBank’s system from 29/9/2019 to 30/9/2022 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
