Disclosure of transaction with VBI
On 31/05/2019, the Board of Directors (BoD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.156/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1 for the approval of the Money Insurance Contract for VietinBank (period 2019-2020) between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Joint Stock Corporation-VBI (VietinBank’s subsidiary). VietinBank has disclosed information by dispatch No.522/HĐQT-NHCT2.1 dated 31/05/2019.
Due to job requirements, on 24/10/2019, VietinBank’s BoD has issued Resolution No.357/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, VietinBank’s BoD has unanimously approved the first amendment and supplement to the Money Insurance Contract for VietinBank (period 2019-2020) between VietinBank and VBI.
