Disclosure of transaction with VBI

On 24/9/2020, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.357/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the contract of providing insurance services for ATM/R-ATM and cash in ATM/R-ATM for the period of 2020-2021 between VietinBank and VietinBank's subsidiary, VBI Thang Long.
