Disclosure of transaction with VBI

On 31/7/2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 260/NQ-HDQT-NHCT1.1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Appendix Contract of the supplement insurance benefit for the Health Insurance Contracts of VietinBank’s employees (from 01/12/2018 to 30/11/2019) between VietinBank and VietinBank’s Insurance Joint Stock Corporation - VBI (VietinBank’s Subsidiary).
