Disclosure of transaction with VBI

On 01/10/2020, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.366/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the insurance contract for motor vehicle of VietinBank’s H.O between VietinBank and VietinBank Thang Long Insurance Company (belongs to VietinBank Insurance Corporation, which is VietinBank’s subsidiary).
