Disclosure of transaction with Indovina Bank

On 01/10/2019, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.327/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the mortgage Contract between VietinBank and Indovina Bank (affiliated company of VietinBank).
