Disclosure of transaction with Indovina Bank

On 4/11/2020, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.396/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the limit contracts for transactions on the interbank market between VietinBank and Indovina Bank (affiliated company of VietinBank).
