Disclosure of supplement to VietinBank’s license for establishment and organization.

On 06/11/2023, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received Decision No. 2080/QD-NHNN dated 03/11/2023 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on the supplement to VietinBank’s license for establishment and organization.
Accordingly, the SBV approved the addition of the activities of “23. Providing clearing and settlement services for securities transactions according to the provision of Point a, Clause 4, Article 56 of the Securities Law” and “24. Supervising bank according to securities laws” after Point 22, Article 4 in the License for establishment and organization No.13/GP-NHNN dated 17/6/2022 issued by the SBV to VietinBank.
