Disclosure of Money Insurance Contract with VBI

On 17/8/2021, the Board of Directors (BOD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.301/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Money Insurance Contract for VietinBank system for period 2021-2022 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (Subsidiary of VietinBank).
