Disclosure of liquidation contract with VietinBank Laos

On 4/11/2021, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.413/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the contract for the liquidation of used assets with VietinBank Laos (Subsidiary of VietinBank).
