Disclosure of information on SSC's notification of 30% foreign ownership limit at VietinBank

 On 5/7/2021, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received Official Letter No.3303/UBCK-PTTT dated 2/7/2021 from the State Securities Commission on the dossier of notification of VietinBank’s foreign ownership limit at 30% being sufficient and valid according to the provisions of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
