Disclosure of BoDs’ Resolution regarding the the policy approval of changing name of VietinBank – Van Don Branch

On 09/11/2023, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No 401/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy for VietinBank’s branches, including changing the name of Van Don branch of VietinBank:
- Current name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Van Don Branch;
- New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Dong Quang Ninh Branch;
- Location (unchanged): No. 251, group 1, area 4, Cai Rong town, Van Don district, Quang Ninh province.
