Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing names and locations of some branches of VietinBank

On 28/4/2023, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.147/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy for VietinBank’s branches and transaction offices, including changing names and locations of some branches of VietinBank. Details as belows:

 

1.      Changing the name of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Tay Do Branch:

-         Former name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Tay Do Branch.

-         New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Tay Can Tho Branch.

-         Location (unchanged): No.54, 3/2 street, Xuan Khanh ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city.

2.      Change the location of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Bac Lieu Branch:

-         Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Bac Lieu Branch.

-         Current location: No.02, Hai Ba Trung street, ward 3, Bac Lieu city, Bac Lieu province.

-         New location: No.01, Hai Ba Trung street, ward 3, Bac Lieu city, Bac Lieu province.

 3.      Changing the name of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Song Cong Branch:

-         Former name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Song Cong Branch.

-         New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Nam Thai Nguyen Branch.

-         Location (unchanged): No. 2, Thang Loi street, Mo Che ward, Song Cong city, Thai Nguyen province.

 4.      Change of location of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Sam Son Branch:

-         Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Sam Son Branch.
