Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing name of VietinBank – Bai Chay Branch

On 25/09/2023, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No 343/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy for VietinBank’s branches, including changing the name of Bai Chay branch of VietinBank:

 

-         Current name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Bai Chay Branch;

-         New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Tay Quang Ninh Branch;

-         Location (unchanged): Ha Long street, Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province).
