Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing location of Trang Bang Industrial Park branch

      On 01/12/2023, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.438/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy for VietinBank’s branches and transaction offices, including changing location of Trang Bang Industrial Park branch:

-         Current location: No. 1564A1, Highway 22, An Binh Quarter, An Tinh Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province;

-         New location: An Binh Quarter, An Tinh Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province;

-     Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Trang Bang Industrial Park Branch.
