Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing location of Thu Duc Branch

On 11/03/2025, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 057/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy for VietinBank’s branches and transaction offices, including changing location of Thu Duc Branch:

          - Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Thu Duc Branch;

          - Current location: No. 01 Vo Van Ngan, Linh Chieu ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city;

          - New location: No. 993 Kha Van Can, Linh Tay ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city;
