Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing location of Tay Thang Long branch

On 15/3/2024, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.053/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy, which includes changing location of Tay Thang Long branch:

          - Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Tay Thang Long Branch.

          - Current location: Group 3, Tan Binh area, Xuan Mai town, Chuong My district, Hanoi city;

          - New location: Lot A22-NV20 box 28, Lot A22-NV10 box 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 New urban area on both sides of Le Trong Tan street, An Khanh village, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city;
