Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing location of Northern Thang Long Branch

On 30/09/2025, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 385/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy, which includes changing location of Northern Thang Long Branch:

          - Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Northern Thang Long Branch;

          - Current location: No. 02, New Urban Area, Soc Son commune, Hanoi city;

          - New location: New Urban Area, Soc Son commune, Hanoi city;
