Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing location of Luu Xa branch

On 20/03/2024, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 061/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy, which includes changing location of Luu Xa branch:
- Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Luu Xa Branch;
- Current location: Luu Nhan Chu street, Group 4, Huong Son ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province;
- New location: No.656/1, Cach mang thang Tam street, Trung Thanh ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province;
