Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the Money Insurance Contract between VietinBank and VBI

On 22/8/2024, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.313/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Money Insurance Contract for VietinBank system for period 2024-2025 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
