Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the Insurance Contract for all risks of property including compulsory fire between VietinBank and VBI

On 30/09/2024, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.363/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Insurance Contract for all risks of property including compulsory fire for period 2024-2026 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
