Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the Guarantee Contract between VietinBank and VBI

On 9/08/2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.260/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Guarantee Contract between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
