Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the contracts with VietinBank Gold & Jewellery

On 09/09/2024, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 341/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the Contracts to implement physical gold trading services for individual customers through VietinBank iPay application between VietinBank and VietinBank Gold & Jewelery (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
