Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the contract to implement collection services via Identified Accounts with CTS

On 31/05/2024, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 176/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the contract to implement collection services via Identified Accounts with CTS (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
