Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the agreement on provision and use of payment services in VND with VietinBank Laos

On 25/4/2022, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.127/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the agreement on provision and use of payment services in VND between VietinBank and VietinBank Laos (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
