Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding property mortgage contract with VietinBank Laos

On 5/4/2022, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.112/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the property mortgage contract between VietinBank and VietinBank Laos (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
