Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding principal contract on debt recovery authorization between VietinBank and VietinBank AMC

On 23/3/2023, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.094/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved principal contract on debt recovery authorization between VietinBank and VietinBank AMC (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
