Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding limit contracts for transactions on the interbank market with MUFG Bank – Hanoi/Hochiminh City Branch

On 21/12/2021, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.499/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the limit contracts for transactions on the interbank market with MUFG Bank – Hanoi/Hochiminh City Branch (a major shareholder of VietinBank).
