Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding limit contracts for transactions on the interbank market between VietinBank and Indovina Bank

On 12/01/2022, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.014/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the limit contracts for transactions on the interbank market between VietinBank and Indovina Bank (affiliated company of VietinBank).
