Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding deposit framework contract in VND with MUFG Bank - Hochiminh City Branch

On 30/08/2024, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 329/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the Deposit Framework Contract in VND with MUFG Bank - Hochiminh City Branch (a major shareholder of VietinBank).
