On 25/7/2024, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.275/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the contract of consulting on dossiers of bond offering registration, registration agent and payment agent, listing consultancy of VietinBank’s 2024 public offering bonds between VietinBank and VietinBank Securities Joint Stock Company - CTS (subsidiary of VietinBank).
