Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding BBB & ECC contract with VBI

On 30/06/2025, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.239/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Banker Blanket Bond and Electronic Computer Crime (BBB & ECC) Insurance Policy Contract within VietinBank system for the period of 2025 - 2027 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Joint Stock Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
