Disclosure of BoD’s Resolution regarding the organization of 2025 AGM

        On 14/02/2025, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.030/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT on the organization of 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

The expected time for 2025 AGM is 01/4/2025, in-person meeting at VietinBank Training and Human Resource Development School, An Trai village, Van Canh commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi, Vietnam. The record date is 07/03/2025.
