Disclosure of BoD’s Resolution regarding the organization of 2023 AGM

        On 16/02/2023, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.056/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT on the organization of 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

The expected time for 2023 AGM is 21/4/2023, in-person meeting at VietinBank Training and Human Resource Development School, An Trai village, Van Canh commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi, Vietnam. The record date is 10/3/2023.
