Disclosure of BoD Resolution regading ATM insurance contract with VBI

On 29/10/2021, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.400/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the insurance contract against all risks of ATM assets and cash in ATMs for the period of 2021-2022 between VietinBank and VBI Thang Long which belongs to VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (Subsidiary of VietinBank).
