Disclosure of amendment to VietinBank’s lisence for establishment and organization

On 23/8/2021, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received Decision No. 1340/QD-NHNN dated 20/8/2021 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on the amendment of Charter Capital at VietinBank’s lisence for establishment and organization.
Accordingly, Article 2, VietinBank’s lisence for establishment and organization No.142/GP-NHNN dated 3/7/2009 is amended to “VietinBank's charter capital is 48,057,506,090,000 VND (Forty-eight thousand zero hundred fifty-seven billion five hundred and six million zero hundred and ninety thousand dong)".
