Disclosure of amendment to VietinBank’s lisence for establishment and organization

On 09/01/2024, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received Decision No.2472/QD-NHNN dated 28/12/2023 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on the amendment of Charter Capital at VietinBank’s lisence for establishment and organization.
Accordingly, Article 2, VietinBank’s lisence for establishment and organization No.13/GP-NHNN dated 17/6/2022 issued by the Governor to VietinBank is amended as follows:
“Article 2: VietinBank's charter capital is 53,699,917,480,000 VND (in words: Fifty three thousand six hundred and ninety nine billion nine hundred and seventeen million four hundred and eighty thousand Vietnamese Dong).
